We are very excited to be starting an Accountant Graduate Trainee program at our firm. This role will require a recent university graduate with an Accounting degree.
A keen interest in IT or an IT qualification would be an added advantage.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their finance career and for someone who wants to gain an accounts qualification whilst earning money at the same time.

Duties

• Ensuring invoices are checked (prices to PO) and/ or approved and any discrepancies acted quickly.
• Managing, filing, and posting supplier invoices as required.
• Raising and posting of payments as required.
• Maintaining and updating supplier details.
• Dealing quickly with queries by phone, email, and post
• Liaising with the Purchasing team.

• Managing weekly queried invoice reports.
• Reconciling supplier statements as well as identifying and resolving issues.
• Reviewing all PL accounts resolved such as; balances and ensuring KEY payment schedule is maintained.
• Managing online company credit card account.

Qualifications

• A recent university graduate with an accounting degree.
• A keen interest in IT or an IT qualification would be an added advantage.
