Zimpapers is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Administrative Assistant
Duties And Responsibilities
- Offer administrative support to all sections of the business.
- Handling petty cash.
- Filing of all administration documents.
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Provide clerical services.
- Preparing business correspondence.
- Organizing travel arrangements and coordinate staffing issues.
- Manning the reception I. Supervision of cleaners.
Qualifications And Experience
- 25 years and above.
- Degree in Business Management Administration with 2.1 or better.
- At least one-year experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of telephone/communication system.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Accuracy, ability to multi-task and manage pressure.
