Zimpapers is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Administrative Assistant

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Offer administrative support to all sections of the business.
  • Handling petty cash.
  • Filing of all administration documents.
  • Take minutes during meetings.
  • Provide clerical services.
  • Preparing business correspondence.
  • Organizing travel arrangements and coordinate staffing issues.
  • Manning the reception I. Supervision of cleaners.


Qualifications And Experience

  • 25 years and above.
  • Degree in Business Management Administration with 2.1 or better.
  • At least one-year experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of telephone/communication system.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Accuracy, ability to multi-task and manage pressure.
