Responsibilities

– Oversee company’s operational processes and spearhead strategies to steer the company’s future in a positive direction.

– Ensure superb customer experience.

– Employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and manage marketing initiatives

– Assist with the compilation of company’s budget

– Control company costs and introduce tactical initiatives to address theft and other losses.

– Employ strategies to safeguard assets and stock

– Assist with the preparation of financial reports

– Delegate responsibilities to ensure employee growth and satisfaction

– Completing performance reviews

– Assess and implement improved processes, new product ranges and technologies and collaborate with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.

– ** Further responsibilities will be defined by the company job description and clear KPIs will be established.

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering – International Education will be a massive benefit.

– MBA would be a preferable but not essential.

– 10 years’ experience within a similar industry

– Demonstrated experience with budget management

– Demonstrated experience in ethical leadership

– Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

– Ability to make business projections 3 years’ into the future.
