An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitable and experienced candidate to fill in the role of Customer Experience Officer within NMB Bank

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Receive and attend to customer queries and requests to diverse digital platforms
  • Produce well articulated reports on customer sentiments to inform service delivery improvements
  • Upsell and cross sale NMB products and services
  • Co-ordinate internal query rectification process and facilitate resolutions
  • Serve as first line contact for all customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction


Qualifications And Experience

  • Degree in Marketing or Equivalent
  • Professional Certification Customer Service and selling is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of selling and customer service practices and principles
  • Have at least 2 years experience in a Marketing, Banking, Insurance or Customer service environment
  • Remarkable interpersonal and communication skills with capacity in problem solving and negotiating tactics
  • Proficiency in ICT systems
