Candidates will be responsible for providing consistent high-quality customer service to consumers via telephone, email and a ticket system. Candidates need to accurately respond to questions and address any concerns that customers may have.
It is also essential that selected candidates are able to strengthen the customer relationship, effectively identify customer needs, resolve issues, and provide a customer experience that creates the opportunity to maintain healthy relationships.
- Communicate with customers via phone
- Provide knowledgeable answers and solutions to questions about product
- Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
- At least 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Shona
