*Maintaining and ensuring accurate accounting records.
*Adherence to proper accounting and internal control procedures
*Budget formulation, expenditure tracking, and review
*Maintain cash forecasting, project advances, and liquidation system
*Preparing monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial reports.
*Payroll preparation


*Audit Preparation and facilitation
*Coordinating all logistics and program support
*Providing timely variance reports to the Program Coordinator.
*Asset register maintenance
*Handle cash funds and ensure secure custody, timely disbursement, and banking.
*Maintain service records of all vehicles
*Supervision of all administrative procedures and staff.
*Contributes to the development and review of finance policy
*Any other duties within the purview of the finance and administration



Degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
A professional accounting qualification will be an added advantage.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in USAID-funded projects.
Proficient in Pastel accounting and Belina Payroll
High level of attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work well under pressure
Ability to drive is an added advantage
