Duties & Responsibilities

1) Identify potential clients and introduce them to Goal Getters
2)Visit clients to assess credit worthness
3) Evaluate loan applications an submit them for final approval
4) prepare and explain loan contracts to clients
5) Monitor performance of the loan portfolio

6) Assess various risks that might affect the performance of the portfolio and advice management
7) follow ups and Collection of debtors
8) Build and maintain good relationships with clients
9) Any other duties that might be assigned from time to time

Qualifications & Experience

1) At Least a diploma or a degree in banking, finance, marketing or any business related program
2) Must be a holder of a clean class 4 drivers’ licence
3) Proficiency in Microsoft packages
4) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5) Be of high integrity and good judgement


6) Honest and trustworthy
7) willing to work 60% of the time in the field
8) self motivated and ability to work under pressure
9) Should be bellow 28 years
