Generating new business through marketing, research and sales initiatives so as to ensure loan book growth with quality assets and branch profitability.
Screening/vetting quality clients and recommending appropriate loan product for processing
Maintaining closer customer contact and monitor loan use, loan servicing and progress as per applicant’s business model.
Following up clients in arrears and updating relevant credit files and records
Monitoring loan book performance and initiating recovery efforts on delinquent /non-performing assets and ensuring refunds are processed for paid up clients.
Ensuring perfection of security on all assets is done as per policy
Processing / lodging insurance claims with Bancassurance for deceased / retrenched clients / any other risks covered by insurance upon materialization of the covered risks.
Resolving all customer queries and attending to enquiries for the branch as per set service standards.
Actioning of credit administration memoranda/ reports/returns as per policy /statute.
Ensuring filing of documents, loan records, expense vouchers, completed books and records.
Managing costs for the branch and ensuring expense analysis for the branch is done monthly with the aim 0f containing costs.
Directing, monitoring, motivating, developing staff and maintaining good industrial relations
Managing the agent branch/s under the group and tracking their sales and business development initiatives
Maintaining the branch premises in a good state of repair that projects a professional image
Reviewing security systems to ensure that the branch assets and staff are not exposed to risk
A Business degree or equivalent.
