Software Sales Consultant 

Passion, maturing and the drive to learn are a requirement
Prospect and qualify new sales leads
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by up-dating account information regularly
Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
Meet and/or exceed quotas
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

Software and Hardware Sales Consultant

Software Support Consultant

Assumes other special activities, responsibilities, and special projects from time to time as directed
ensure that delivery meets customer and management satisfaction
ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications
identify, manage, report and resolve any issues/potential risks that were identified at the client and handled by the consultant. Ensure that all relevant parties receive all relevant communication
provide telephonic support to users experiencing problems using the software, or inquiring how to use specific features
make pro-active support calls to ensure that all clients are satisfied
remote support via remote means
on-site support
ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications
providing technical advice/training to clients on all aspects of the installation and use of software both before and after the sale
partake in knowledge sharing, and the creation of regular Frequently Asked Questions presentations, and proactively inform team leader of product and client trends
communicating with other professionals on product capabilities, developing new software systems, modifying existing software to correct errors, creating software system testing and documentation, and communicating with management, staff, and clients.
