Revenue Assurance Executive

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Interprets and correctly implements revenue assurance related policies and procedures to reduce revenue leakages.
  • Performs regular reconciliation and analysis of revenue streams to ensure that all connected customers are billed.
  • Prepares detailed reports on revenue assurance and related functions.
  • Evaluates efficiency of internal processes across the organization and comes up with recommendations.
  • Provides a centralized process for aggregating and reporting risks from various sources. Identifies- opportunities for revenue assurance and comes up with plans to explore the opportunities.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the Managing Director.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Degree in Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering/ Electronic Engineering/ Telecommunications or equivalent
  • 6 years relevant experience of which 3 years should be at a senior level
  • An Accounting qualification will be a distinct advantage Risk management qualification and experience will be a distinct advantage Membership of a recognized professional institution
  • Working knowledge of the telecommunication CT
  • environment to include CISCO network equipment, core network, wireless network and transmission network is a distinct advantage.
  • Unquestionable integrity Mature
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High levels of analltical skills

Customer Experience Manger

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops and ensures implementation of contact centre and query resolution policies. Responsible for planning and management of all customer experience activities
  • Implements and evaluates daily customer care activities in line with corporate objectives Implements customer experience
  • Plans and expansion activities for increased returns and value.
  • Ensures adherence to regulator stipulated service provision requirements for compliance.
  • Contributes to the development of communication concepts /strategies in line with corporate image
  • Assist in providing timeous feedback for products and services improvement
  • Responsible for employee mentoring and coaching as well as motivation.
  • Delegates work, sets performance targets and conducts performance appraisals for all staff under own control
  • Manages staff discipline, resolves grievances and resolves disputes/conflicts in an objective, ethical and professional manner through administering the Code of Conduct and Grievance Procedure
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the Commercial Director,

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Marketing / Business Studies/ or equivalent technical degree.
  • A relevant postgraduate degree such as MBA/MBL or equivalent
  • Valid membership of a recognized professional institution.
  • Experience in an ICT/Telecommunications environment is a distinct advantage
  • Experience in Customer Experience Models a must
  • 8 years relevant experience of which 5 years should be at senior level.

Network Planning Manager

The job exists to effectively dimension and configure the capacity requirements of the Network system in order to achieve a cost effective and optimal network design. In addition, the job is responsible for the performance and quality of the access network.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To provide input into the Company’s technical strategic business plan.
  • To ensure a seamless network systems design that support business requirements.
  • Supports project implementation plans for integrating new network elements
  • Ensures proper and accurate forecasting of requirements for systems dimension equipment.
  • Ensures execution of network quality measurements.
  • Analysis of traffic distribution patterns in the network.
  • Recommends tools and applications which can be seamlessly integrated with current product portfolio.
  • To help drive the development of a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for employee mentoring and coaching as well as motivation.

  • 8 years relevant experience of which 5 years should be at senior level.

Network Operations Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To assist in developing the Company’s technical strategic business plan.
  • To develop smooth maintenance and fault diagnosis systems.
  • To ensure optimisation of the infrastructure and network performance.
  • To lead in enterprise and business process architecture planning design in order to meet seamless technology migrations and evolution.
  • To help drive and lead the development of a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • To spearhead research on new technologies and systems in order to keep the Company competitive and abreast of new technologies.
  • Delegates work sets performance targets and conducts performance appraisals for all staff under ow n control.
  • Manages staff discipline, resolves grievances and resolves disputes/conflicts in an objective, ethical and professional manner through administering the Code of Conduct and Grievance Procedure.
  • Responsible for employee mentoring and coaching as well as motivation.
  • Responsible for weekly and monthly operations management reports.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the Technical Director.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronic Engineering or recognized equivalent technical degree.
  • A relevant postgraduate degree such as M.Sc/MBA/MBL or equivalent.
  • Valid membership of a recognized professional institution e.g Engineering Council of Zimbabwe. Knowledge of current telecommunications technologies.
  • 8 years relevant experience of which 6 years should be at senior level.
