Executive Assistant 

To provide support for CEO and top-level executives by providing executive level administrative support, providing clerical support, receiving clients and visitors, arranging travel and correspondence, and scheduling meetings.

1) Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling travel and conferences, making appointments, and making changes to appointments.
2) Overseeing administrative policies within the office; recommending changes as appropriate.
3) Prepare reports, collect, and analyses information; prepare presentations.
4) Record meeting discussions and provide minutes.
5) Provide clerical and general office support to other offices.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration /Public Relations
2. A relevant master’s degree and professional qualification will be an added advantage.
3. At least 5 years of experience in administrative support functions preferably as a top executive assistant.

Director-Finance & Administration

The Director of Finance and Administration will be a strategic thought-partner, and report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The incumbent will lead and develop an internal team to support the following areas: finance, business planning and budgeting, human resources, administration, and IT.
The Director of Finance and Administration will play a critical role in partnering with the senior leadership team in strategic decision making and operations as IoDZ continues to enhance its quality programming and build capacity.

Duties

1) Directing financial strategy formulation & implementation.
2) Overseeing Financial reporting & analysis.
3) Overseeing cost management & budgetary control
4) Direct and monitor all financial activities of the Institute.

5) Oversee risk management & investments.
6) Oversee all administration activities & human capital management

Qualifications

1. Minimum of a Finance or Accounting Degree, ideally an MBA or related master’s degree will be an added advantage. Professional qualification in finance/accounting (CA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA) is a must.
2. At least seven to 10 years of overall professional experience; ideally six-plus years of broad financial and operations management experience.

The Operations Director spearheads the generation of governance and business leadership solutions to the significant challenges that the corporates in Zimbabwe and the region must address to promote a sustainable development. The incumbent leads the Research, Training, and development as well as the Business Development Functions for IoDZ pursuing growth initiatives for a wide range of offerings for Directors and corporates. The incumbent will work with Partners and stakeholders to promote a broader range of membership packages for the growing Governance membership, developing a range of new industry training offerings and introducing support programs for rising needs in the directing of Business.

Duties

Manage day-to-day operations including Marketing, Leadership and governance product analysis and development, Membership recruitment and experience Management, Events Management, technology used in all program areas, human resources, facilities, equipment, and other administrative functions.

Qualifications

1. First degree and master’s in marketing or Business Studies.
2. A relevant professional qualification is a requirement
3. At 5 years’ experience in marketing in an academic or membership-based institution.
