Duties And Responsibilities

  • To initiate, craft, enforce implementation of HR strategies and align them with the overall business strategy
  • To spearhead employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Qualifications And Experience

Human Resources Officer

Duties And Responsibilities

  • To conduct recruitment and selection process

Provincial Investigations Officer/Senior/Principal

Duties And Responsibilities

  • To receive crime reports made to the Commission
  • To investigate corruption cases, serious frauds and other mandate offenses
  • To conduct surveillance for the detection of crime and gather intelligence on suspected cases of corruption anti mandate offenses
  • To attend scene of crime, gather evidence and compile dockets
  • To take accused persons to court
  • To follow up on corruption and other mandate cases before the courts

  • To make entries in Departmental registers update records on cases being handled by Investigations Directorate
  • To attend meetings with stakeholders on matters to do with combating corruption
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Police and Security Studies, Financial Intelligence, Law, Accounting, Commerce or equivalent qualifications

Compliance And Systems Review Officer

Duties And Responsibilities

  • To review existing policies, procedures, operating systems, rules, guidelines, directives, laws and regulations in public and private organizations and to recommend appropriate remedial action regularly to minimize corruption.
  • To cissessiexamineiarialyse the effectiveness of practices, systems and procurement procedures of public and private sector institutions with a view to the elimination of corruption,
  • To identify and evaluate corporoie governance issues in public and private sector organizations with a view to enhance accountability, transparency and integrity.
  • To monitor public and private sector organizations for compliance with the relevant legislations, regulations, policies and corporate governance code.
  • To advise and recommend on best practices in the administration and management of all public and private sector activities
  • To compile monthly field and research reports.
  • To develop work plans and supervise the work of junior officers in the section.
  • To undertake any other related or similar duties as may be assigned by the General Manager from time to time,

Qualifications And Experience

  • A degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Management or any relevant qualification
  • Must have knowledge of data analysts
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage,

Procument Officer

Duties And Responsibilities

  •  Procurement of goods and services in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act (Chapter 22.23) 2. Assists in preparation of bid documents. 3. Assist in preparing and processing of requisitions, sourcing quotations and raising procurement orders for the Commission. 4. Assist in managing procurement contracts or overseeing their management. 5. Assist in contract documents. 6. Ensuring thorough market research so that goods and services are produced at the most economical prices commensurate with the quality required. 7. Any other duties as assigned by the Procurement Manager.

Qualifications And Experience

  • A degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or equivalent k) Relevant experience in Public Sector procurement I) Membership of a professional body such as CIPS will be an added advantage m) Must be computer literate n) Good negotiation skills o) Solid analytical skills, with ability to create procurement reports\ p) Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft packages

Duties And Responsibilities

  • To ensure Commission vehicles are properly maintained and conduct vehicle inspection
  • To initiate requests for additional vehicles required for performance of the Commission’s mandate
  • To oversee the completion of log sheets and their timely submission by vehicle users 4. To process log sheets and produce motor vehicle returns
  • To facilitate the maintenance, service and repair of all ZACC vehicles
  • To initiate investigations into vehicle accidents, damage, misuse and abuse for all grades
  • To complete and maintain accurate records of all Commission vehicles
  • Attend all accident scenes and produce reports
