Duties And Responsibilities

  • Establishing synergies through stakeholder relationship management in the agribusiness value chain
  • Team Administration
  • Assist in recruiting. training, and motivating sales agents
  • Performance management
  • Compiling and analysing team sales figures
  • Advise on market information such as changing customer needs. queries. etc
  • Quality control of new business

Qualifications And Experience

  • A qualification in Agriculture
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in agribusiness working in the private sector or government sector
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with farmers
  • In-depth knowledge of agriculture
  • Good record of achieving targets
  • Strong selling and managerial skills
  • Be able to demonstrate self-confidence, maturity, and ability to work independently and deliver results without close supervision
  • Should be aggressive. effective communicator, team player, sociable, versatile, resourceful, hardworking. and a self-starter
  • Good presentation & interpersonal skills

Agents

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Giving financial advice to clients who are predominantly farmers
  • Selling life assurance products to the agribusiness market
  • Establishing synergies in the agribusiness value chain by creating and managing relationships with stakeholders
  • Assisting in resolving client queries
  • Advise on market information such as changing customer needs

Qualifications And Experience

  • At least one point at ‘A’ Level in any subject and 5 ‘0’ Levels including Maths & English
  • A qualification in Agriculture is an added advantage
  • Proven working experience in the agricultural sector
  • Be aged 25-45 years
  • Good record of achieving targets
  • Self-motivated and self-driven
  • Able to demonstrate self-confidence and ability to work independently and deliver results without close supervision
  • Able to demonstrate a keen ability to inter-relate with people of diverse backgrounds and have a service-oriented disposition
  • Mature and good communication skills (both orally and written)

Provincial Managers

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to penetrate agribusiness market
  • Training, performance management and motivation of sales team to meet targets
  • Administration including compiling and analysing sales figures
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Advise on market information such as changing customer needs, queries, etc
  • Leadership and development of the sales team
  • Quality control of new business
  • Establishing synergies in the agribusiness value chain by creating and managing relationships with stakeholders
