• Structure processes within the cooperative, and within strategic partnerships.
• Developing and fine-tuning the strategy for using technological resources.
• Making sure teams are hitting deadlines, and using their time productively and efficiently.
• Planning and reviewing procurement, logistics, HR, and overall progress.
• Developing and implementing cooperative ecosystem infrastructure.


• Plan and direct cooperative operations in alignment with regulations and requirements.
• Set up the overall structure and tools that maximize staff potential.
• Monitor KPI’s and perform quality controls and improvements.
• Aid the grow of the cooperative and member-owners’ activities.

• Experience as an operations manager or relevant positions.
• Sound knowledge of organization and operations management.
• Exceptional organization, social and commercial skills.


• Proficiency in handling technology, databases, MS Office.
• Effective communication with all levels of our cooperative.
• Degree in Operations Management, or Project Management, or relevant fields.
• Demonstrated project management experience.


• Budgeting, planning and controlling finances.
• Reviewing, analysing, and reporting on the company’s financial data and performance
• Taking control of the co-op’s financial planning and risks associated with future goals
• Make investment decisions by considering cash/liquidity capabilities and risks.
• Initiate process and performance improvement.
• Analyse data beyond financial figures.

• Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and financial management practices.
• Analytical thinking, stress resistance, and leadership.
• Solid communication skills, especially persuasiveness and decisiveness.
• A proven track record of managing complex financial processes.
• Ability to perform detail-oriented work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.


• User acquisition, lead generation, and retention/engagement.
• All marketing communications.
• Brand positioning/identity.
• Research and analytics.


• Product marketing and positioning.
• Conduct research and review for key marketing campaigns.
• Create a solid network of strategic partnerships.

• Experience managing multiple marketing projects and adhering to deadlines.
• Marketing related Diploma, Degree or equivalent working experience.
• Clear copywriting and editing skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Solid communication skills, especially persuasiveness and decisiveness.
• Research and analytical skills.
