In line with the overall strategic direction of the Organisation, the candidate will be expected to:
• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
• Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions visitors have.
• Handle all incoming mail.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).


• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.
• Maintain office security by controlling access via the reception desk (login visitors in the visitor’s logbook).
• Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.
• Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.


• Diploma in Secretarial Studies
• Minimum 5 Ordinary Level passes including English and Mathematics
• At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar role
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• High level of professionalism and demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong organisational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly


with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel and proficient with technology.
