A vacancy has arisen in the Administration Department of a Bulawayo based Pension Fund and applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Records and files all incoming correspondences such as pension notifications, Cap 7 forms and letters.
  • Receives, Sorts and scans mail for the attention of Manageuired.
  • Compiles postage voucher weekly and reconciles postage invoices ment and Staff.
  • Folds, sorts, counts pay slips and life certificates on a yearly basis or as reqmonthly.


  • Retrieves relevant pensioners files and presents to the Pension Clerks.
  • Scans and classifies into the Pensions system received documents.
  • Decollates, folds and counts printed pay slips and life certificates annually.

Qualifications And Experience

The successful candidate must have the following minimum qualifications:

  • Diploma in Records Management /a relevant qualification.
  • At least one year’s experience in the registry environment.
  • Must be Computer literate
  • Knowledge of Records Management System is an added advantage.
