We are currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant to provide support to our Sales & Marketing Department. in this role, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks, send out quotations to customers and scheduling meetings.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry researching and analysing sales options.
• Selling products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions.
• Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Preparing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information.
• Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards.
• Meeting Sales Targets
Qualifications & Experience
• Holder of a Sales and Marketing degree or Higher National Diploma
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar position
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Solid computer skills and awareness of web-based marketing and social media
• Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity
• Clean Class 4 Driver’s licence
