  • Contact potential clients through calls to offer insurance products
  • Client retention and customer relationship management
  • Logging and creation of tickets using the companies recommended systems
  • Cross selling and up selling of Insurance products
  • Consolidating daily. weekly and monthly reports
  • Generating referrals
  • Identify Customer pain points and offer solutions

Qualifications And Experience

The ideal position holder should possess the following competencies, skills experience:

  • Degree or diploma in a Business Related field
  • Sales Experience
  • Fluent in English, Ndebele and Shona
  • Strong morale standing
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Been articulate and effective communicator across all levels of business
  • Goal orientated. dependable and focused on a long-term sales career
  • Strong analytics skills with ability to take proactive steps in resolving queries
