Job Summary

Purpose of the job is to facilitate standards based training programmes. To prepare, maintain and update training materials. To carry out administrative training activities. To recommend new courses. To carry out research and development. To assist in the development, implementation,


monitoring and maintaining of the quality management systems. To coordinate promotional activities for the standard based programmes. To develop and maintain open communication channels with training stake holders.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • To facilitate standards based training programs
  • To prepare, maintain and update training materials
  • To generate revenue as per set yearly targets
  • To achieve annual target of number of courses
  • To introduce new training courses as set in annual target per year
  • To identify training risks and recommend treatment plans
  • To control cost and operate within budget
  • To assist in maintaining and implementing QMS

Qualifications And Experience

  • Degree in a Technical or Science discipline or equivalent qualification
  • 3 years work experience in certification of management systems and products
  • Good presentation skills, interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Good understanding of standards
  • Supervisory skills
  • Must have good auditing, report writing and communication skills
  • Lead auditors training in at least one management systems standard
