SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER (AUCTION AND REAL ESTATE)

Responsible for Sales and Marketing Management for Auction and Real Estate Business

Duties

 Developing and implementing Sales & Marketing Strategies and Plans
 Crafting and implementing Sales & Marketing Budgets
 Marketing campaigns, promotions and sales efforts
 Creation and publication of marketing material and online content
 Customer Relationship Management

 Responsible for brand management and corporate identity
 Evaluating customer research, feedback, market conditions and competitor data
 Reviewing current and new marketing technologies and systems

Qualifications

 Minimum of a Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or relevant equivalent
 At least 5 years high level experience in sales and marketing management
 Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, sales and best practice
 Excellent customer service

PROCUREMENT COLLECTIONS CLERKS

Payment for, and collection of procured items

Duties

● Liaising with Procurement department on purchases and communicating price changes
● liaising with suppliers on availability of stock to be purchased
● All cash payments for the group
● Collection of purchased items
● Delivery of all purchases to various departments

Qualifications

Degree in Procurement / Finance
Relevant Administration experience
Driver’s license Class 4 is essential

TREASURY CLERKS

• System and cash collections
• Recording transactions and Filing
• Reconciliation for the systems.
• Writing of statutory payments returns

Qualifications

Banking / Finance Degree
Relevant clerical experience

ACCOUNTS CLERKS

1. Raising and following up on requisitions and funds requests
2. Process and manage A/R and A/P
3. Issuing and reconciling petty cash and branch/department expenses
4. Monitoring and updating finance reports from branches and departments
5. Reconciliations
6. Conduct stock counts and reconciliations

7. Data entry and preparation of journals
8. Asset register compilation, updating and movement of assets
9. Computation of commissions, tax, fees, job costing
10. Prepare audit information, various reports,
11. Staff costs monitoring and reports
12. Collection and proper filing and archiving of Accounting documents and information

Qualifications

Accounts Degree
Relevant Clerical experience
Knowledge of Computers and PASTEL latest versions is essential.
